 Na de show van vorige week met nieuwe Tanzaniaanse tracks, luidt African Hiphop radio deze week officieel het nieuwe jaar in met verse releases. Naast de nieuwe plaat van Tumi uit Zuid-Afrika (volgende week telefonisch te gast!) zijn er nieuwe tracks van o.a. Nigeria's Naeto C (finalist van de Emcee Africa competitie), Mystro (UK), Cobe Obeah (USA/Nigeria) en de collabo-mixtape van Nneka en J.Period. Verder nieuws over Lupe Fasco die net samen met Jessica Biel en Santigold de Kilimanjaro beklommen heeft voor het goede doel, en de hardste Ivoriaanse coupe decale-track van de afgelopen jaren door dj Ramatoulaye. Dj Threesixty sluit af met de Kilimanjaro mix.
