 De Zuid-Afrikaanse emcee en spoken word artiest Tumi is buiten Zuid-Afrika inmiddels een grote naam in het live-circuit met zijn band the Volume waarmee hij veel in Europa en Noord-Amerika optrad. Met zijn nieuwe solo-album 'Whole worlds' dat in Zuid-Afrika eind 2009 uitkwam probeert hij een nieuw publiek aan te spreken, onder meer met zijn nieuwe single Bambezela, een collabo met kwaito-ster Brickz, en de samenwerking met beatmakers in plaats van een live-band. Aan de telefoon met J4 vertelt hij hoe hij zijn solo-werk en de band afwisselt en waarom het album wel online te koop is, maar niet voor iedereen. Lijn5-luisteraars worden uitgenodigd om een naam te bedenken voor het nieuwe album met the Volume. Verder de wereldpremiere van een nieuwe track van X Plastaz: Maasai reggae.
